1. What this site is

This site is a portfolio demonstration of a booking and admin platform. It is not an operating business and is not affiliated with any real company. The placeholder name, address and contact details shown around the site exist only to illustrate the template and should not be acted on.

2. No real services

No actual appointments, products or services are provided through this site. Anything you “book” is part of the demo and will not result in a real appointment being attended or any work being carried out.

3. Payments

Stripe is integrated in test mode. No real money changes hands and no real card is ever charged. If a card field is shown, use the standard Stripe test card 4242 4242 4242 4242 with any future expiry date and any three-digit CVC.

4. Demo accounts and data

You may register a demo account using a name, email and password. Demo data may be cleared at any time without notice. You can delete your own account at any time from the account page. By registering, you consent to the storage of this limited data for the sole purpose of demonstrating the app.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to exploit, attack or scrape the site, and please don't enter genuinely sensitive personal information or a password you use anywhere else. Use the site to evaluate the template and nothing more.

6. No warranty

The site is provided as-is for demonstration purposes only, with no warranty of any kind. It may be offline, incomplete or removed at any time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from the use of this demo. Nothing here excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Data protection

How limited personal data is handled is described in the Privacy & GDPR notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
